During the 1990’s and early 2000, the Hunter portfolio encompassed 11 office buildings and warehouses in downtown Oakland, San Francisco, and the surrounding Bay Area. The majority of the office buildings were Class B space that were identified to yield maximum cash flow, as well as appeal to the historic nature of the cities.
In order to maximize value in his investment, Mr. Hunter founded his own property management company in the late 1980’s, which assisted him to oversee and manage the portfolio .
